These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bohiba mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Bohiba ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Bohiba is a software platform that helps truck owners, drivers and mining transport operators in India manage trips, drivers, trucks, expenses, documents and related operations. Some features are marked "Coming Soon" and may change or be withdrawn before release.

2. Accounts and verification

You must provide accurate information when registering, including identity and vehicle details used for verification (KYC). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details confidential. We may suspend or remove accounts that provide false information or misuse the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or misleading content, or interfere with other users' operations. You remain responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your transport and mining activities.

4. Plans and payments

Bohiba offers a free plan and paid plans, as described on our Pricing page. Plan limits and prices may change with notice. Trips, expenses and payments recorded in the Service are entered by users; Bohiba does not guarantee their accuracy.

5. Your data

Our handling of personal information, including location and device data, is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time and may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bohiba is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, delays or route and fuel decisions made using information from the Service.
